Explore the world of Brio rail with our new play table!

We’re huge fans of Wooden Rail here at the Rocking Horse, so we’re really excited about the arrival of our new Brio play table!

Our Brio play table is the perfect height for your little ones to play with, and with a mix of track, trains, cranes and cargo, there’s plenty to keep them entertained. It’s a great way to get hands on with the Brio range in store and see for yourself how much fun can be had with a train set.

Train sets are fantastic for developing a range of skills, from sparking imagination to developing hand eye co-ordination. We get some great feedback about how well played with train sets are – there are endless layouts to create so no two play times are ever the same, and the addition of accessories means there’s always something new to keep your little one engaged and entertained.

The best place to start is with one of Brio’s complete train sets. These come with track, a train, and some accessories. As all Brio track, trains and accessories are compatible, the options for building up your collection are endless!

Children love choosing new accessories for their train sets, so accessories are a great reward for good behaviour, or an incentive to save pocket money. They’re also great for putting on a birthday or Christmas list, taking the hassle out of present buying for friends and family!

We love hearing our customer’s stories of Brio train sets their children had, which are now back out of the loft 20 years later and enjoyed by their grandchildren! There aren’t many toys around today you can say that about, and it really does show how traditional toys that engage children’s imaginations will never go out of date!

We’re always on hand to offer advice, whether you’re just starting out with your train set, looking for accessories, or wondering about compatibility with other train sets, so don’t hesitate to ask.

You can share pictures of your train sets with us on Facebook, Twitter or by email… we’d love to see them!
