Delivery is free on all orders over £50 within the United Kingdom, and with an additional charge of £4.99 for orders under £50. We use couriers with tracking details, so you'll receive tracking information by text or email. For smaller items sometimes we often use the Royal Mail signed for services. Please refer to our fulfillment email (click on VIEW ORDER in the email) for tracking details of your items.
Free Standard Delivery - with our free standard delivery service you should receive your item within 3-10 working days
Free Standard Delivery for personalised items - our personalised rocking horses have proved extremely popular and as they take additional time to personalise we have a slightly longer delivery time on these. We currently have a delivery time of 7-15 working days for personalised items.
Delivery during Nov-Dec - during this busy season, we cannot guarantee your item will be delivered within the suggested standard delivery time frame above. You will be notified if there is any delay.
International Delivery - we are happy to dispatch your items from the UK to overseas countries. However, upon your purchase we will be in touch to confirm the cost of delivery. You are welcome to contact us in advance, prior to your purchase, to find out the potential surcharge for the postage.
We have a 30 day no-quibble returns policy so you can shop with confidence.
We ask that items are returned in the same condition they reached you, in their original, undamaged packaging (unless faulty), and a full refund will be issued. In the unlikely event you receive a damage or faulty item, we will give you the option of a replacement or full refund. If you would like to return part or all of your order, please let us know to expect it so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible. Please note we are not able to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
The exception of our general return policy is any products from MJ Mark and personalised items that are not revertible (such as hand painted names on the rocking animals, ride-ons, or walkers, and our personalised clocks, hanging signs, wooden blocks, and keep sake boxes). However, we are happy to organise your return and/or refund of these items if they were faulty. Please kindly email us for further discussions.

Once you have set up the payment plan, you have entered the contract with us to agree to pay for the full amount of the items you ordered.
Orders can only be cancelled with our discretion, which will be judged on case by case basis. However, all payments made up to the point that you request for the cancellation will not be refundable.
